Signing the Women in Finance Charter

Building a more balanced and fair industry

iPipeline UK are proud to commit to gender balance within our industry and beyond and have reinforced this commitment by signing the UK Treasury’s Women in Finance Charter. Our vision is to enjoy a fully inclusive culture at iPipeline, promoting diversity and inclusion and achieving outstanding results together.

Our strategic objectives over 2022 and 2023 are to:

  • Improve the representation of women and minority groups at all levels of the organisation.
  • To promote an inclusive and supportive culture which fosters creativity and innovation.
  • To engage with external bodies to promote and learn.
  • Continue to support all to develop their careers.

Our actions will include:

  • Enhance gender monitoring around our metrics relating to gender pay, promotions and seniority of women.
  • Design and delivery of a training programme to embed diversity and inclusion in our culture.
  • Review our current policies and practices to understand what we do well and where improvements can be made.

When we signed up to the Charter in September 2019, we had 30% female representation.

As of September 2020, we had 33% female representation in senior management, and as of September 2021 we had 28% female representation in senior management. Whilst effort has been made, we believe we are not on track to achieve our target of 40% by our deadline of January 2023, with current representation at 28% (September 2022). We will continue to seek to improve the representation of women and minority groups at all levels of the organisation.
