iPipeline integrates with Smartr365, further digitising the protection sales process

iPipeline® – a leading provider of next-generation solutions and services to the life and pensions market – has integrated its innovative solutions, PreQuo® and SolutionBuilder®, with the Smartr365 mortgage technology platform, allowing for a completely digitised mortgage and protection advice process.
Smartr365 streamlines the process of obtaining a professionally advised mortgage using its fully end-to-end and secure system, allowing advisers to manage their clients’ portfolios in one place.
Because of the partnership with iPipeline, advisers using Smartr365 can now deliver fully protected mortgages – from sourcing, ID and income verification, and mortgage application to legal application and protection quoting and application – all with one data set and a few clicks of their mouse.
Utilising PreQuo and SolutionBuilder, the whole process is automated to support the Smartr365 ‘single touch’ process. Mirroring Smartr365’s new world design, iPipeline has delivered flexible protection capabilities suitable for both clients and advisers, allowing protection conversations to be picked up and followed through to completion by advisers. Advisers also have the ability topass leads to protection specialists.
As client data is entered into Smartr365, PreQuo prompts the client and/or their adviser to view suitable protection cover and costs on screen, including life insurance, critical illness and income protection. SolutionBuilder then allows the adviser to refine the quote, if required, and then continue through to the application stage.
